Shift Times: September 24, 2023 from 9:00am to 12:30pm                           

The Food Shed Co-op is looking for volunteers to staff our tabling events at the 2023 McHenry County Farm Stroll at MCC. Volunteer shifts are 3.5 hours. Both shifts will have an EXPERIENCED Food Shed Co-op member sitting with you that can answer any questions or comments that come up during the shift.

Opening shift volunteers will be tasked with helping set up the Food Shed Co-op table before the Stroll begins. Volunteers will then be expected to sit at the table during the opening shift to greet Farm Stroll attendees, discuss and relay information about the Food Shed Co-op, and to promote and sign up new owners. Volunteers during this shift will ALWAYS have an experienced Food Shed Co-op member with them to assist them with any questions or comments that they cannot answer.
